The space PROPERTY DETAILS This charming, cosy 1-bedroom apartment is a private retreat, completely separate from the main house. With its own entrance, private patio, and no indoor conjoining walls, you’ll enjoy peace and privacy during your stay. We’re located less than 500m from the stunning Golden Beach, perfect for a getaway of any occasion. Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 x Pullout Sofa (Suitable for children/young adults) PARKING Parallel parking is available for 1 car along Westminster Ave, directly outside the apartment entrance. Additional free roadside parking is also available. KEYS/ACCESS There is a lock box with your keys at the apartment. The code to open the lock box will be sent to you prior to your arrival. AIR CONDITIONING The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area, ensuring comfort year-round. KITCHEN & BATHROOM The bathroom features a shower, vanity, and toilet. The dining table seats 2 guests, and the patio has seating for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, cooktop, kettle, toaster, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. LAUNDRY A washing machine is available for your use. Please note, we do not supply laundry detergent or powder. STARTER SUPPLIES To keep cleaning costs minimal, we provide: 1 sachet of tea per person 1 sachet of instant coffee per person Small long-life milk Generic 3-in-1 body wash & hair wash 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet You are required to purchase your own after these supplies run out. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissue, or paper towels. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service, and beach towels are also available for your use. IMPORTANT NOTES This property is NOT for parties, events, functions, or schoolies groups. It is strictly NO SMOKING. If you plan to use the apartment for these purposes, we ask that you book elsewhere. We value the well-being of our neighbours and request that noise be kept to a minimum. Should we receive complaints about parties or loud noise, we will investigate and may ask you to vacate the property immediately. ADDITIONAL CHARGES The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. However, if there are excessive garbage, stains, rubbish, bottles, or cigarette smell left behind, additional cleaning and replacement costs will apply.
