Important notice: Nosara is rapidly growing community and currently there is a construction site behind the property, construction noise will potentially be heard during the stay. Rates already have a discount applied. You will find that Costa Rica, and Nosara especially, is an incredibly friendly place. That being said, Nosara remains a tourist town and experiences petty theft. Therefore, we ask that you take certain precautions to avoid any issues. Please be aware of desired items such as electronics, cash, and jewelry. Petty theft incidents here are generally non-confrontational and typically occur when no one is home during the hours of 5pm-10pm. Please be sure to lock and secure all valuables, day and night. Before leaving the house, check that all doors and windows are locked and activate the alarm. NIDO DEL ALMA offers a guard for the property every evening from 5-10pm Property management company & owner can´t be held responsible if theft occurs.
