Child Safety *Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times. *Using glasses outside or in the children’s play area is strictly forbidden for safety reasons. Pets * Small Pet is permitted in the house. (20lbs or smaller) *Please clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture. *Specific rules regarding pets are as follows: Safety * It’s the guests responsibilities to ensure that windows and doors are securely closed when leaving the premises. *Please use the swimming pool area according to the safety rules. No diving or jumping. *Do not use any glassware in or around the area. Glass containers can shatter and pose a safety hazard, so they should not be allowed in the pool area. *No food or drink into the pool to avoid contamination and maintain cleanliness. *No running around the pool area. It can be dangerous, so guests should be reminded to walk carefully. *No unsupervised children. Children should ALWAYS be supervised by adults in or around the pool. Smoking *Smoking is not allowed on the property. * Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a deduction from the security deposit. Damages & Breakages *Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. *Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages. *The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from your airbnb account.
