A five-ten minute drive to local wineries: Quealy Vineyard, Stoniers Vineyard, Point Leo Estate, Merricks General Store, Jackalope Vineyard, Red Hill and all the fantastic vineyards this area offers. Balnarring is a small village. It features a supermarket, many gourmet food stores, and quality restaurants: Le Bouchon French Cuisine, Fontalina Italian, Ciao Bella Pizzeria and Wine Bar, The Heritage Balnarring - Pub, and Village People Balnarring Cafe. Various golf courses are nearby in Flinders and Cape Schanck, including the National Golf Club, a private member's club offering 72 holes of exceptional golf across two sites at Cape Schanck and Long Island. Direct arrival access is available; bookings will receive the access information on the day of arrival. Small pets are welcome; no fences are securing the yard, and they are subject to approval. Parties, large gatherings, events or schoolies are prohibited from the property. A refundable security bond is required.
