Description
Tiny House in the forest with a tarrace awakes a sense of merging with the woods - hundreds of meters of nature feel like in your room thanks to glass walls. Bikes and SUPs available. Lots of running trails. 10 min to the Sielanka riding school. 12 min to Kazimierz Pułaski Park and Museum. 60 min from Warsaw, 3 km from the Pilica River, perfect for kayaking. The space A unique tiny house made from a shipping container, featuring a large terrace. It's elevated on a truck trailer approximately 1.5m off the ground. The rooms are air-conditioned, and the bathroom has a heated floor. The front half and side walls are glass-enclosed, providing beautiful views of the surroundings. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage, a terrace of approximately 25m², the garden, and the forest up to the road (about 3500m²). Additionally, they can enjoy a 3000m² meadow in front of the cottage – all of this is on our private property. Other things to note Upon prior arrangement, I can provide two bicycles at no cost and one fat-tire powerful electric bike for a fee - riding this one through the forest is a lot of fun. I can also provide two SUPs upon prior arrangement. Please note that the area has weak GSM coverage. The Wi-Fi is usually stable but not very fast. The garden is still being prepared (lawn care, watering), but this won't be done when guests are present. The property is unfenced but safe, as most of the surrounding area is ours. When the air conditioning is on, vibrations from the outdoor unit can be heard; it's advisable to turn it off at night. There are two nearby summer cottages within sight, about 50m away in each direction. The owners typically visit on weekends. During the week, you might not encounter anyone in the area.
