Highlights of the accommodation: The fitness room, a private terrace, smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and cozy sleeping areas. The space Near the property there are stops, supermarkets, the weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, restaurants and the industrial street, yet nature is around the corner. In the open kitchen-living and dining area you can enjoy the time together, in addition two workplaces await you. The bathroom is modernly furnished, there you will find a washing machine (use included in the price), a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, soap, detergent and toilet paper. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a refrigerator with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and basic dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. In the sleeping area, which is divided into two lockable rooms, there is a 180 cm double bed and a baby cot in one room. The second room has two 90 single beds. In the living room, another guest can sleep on the fold-out 80 cm sleeping chair. In addition, each guest receives a hand towel and a bath towel. Guest access The entrance is via the front door, on the left side on the ground floor you will see the apartment door. The basement on your right is freely accessible to you, there is the gym.
