In the idyllic castle village of Reifferscheid in the heart of the North Eifel, we offer our new modern 60 sqm apartment for up to 4 people. The enclosed apartment on the ground floor consists of a large, bright living-dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a terrace on the south side. There are parking spaces for bicycles in a closed hall with electricity connection and a car parking space. The enclosed ground-floor apartment offers 60 square meters of space for up to four people. The apartment consists of a large, bright living-dining room with open kitchen, separate bedroom, spacious bathroom and storage room. A terrace on the south side invites you to breakfast in the morning or to end the day in the evening when the weather is nice. The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster and coffee machine. The seating area in the living room is furnished with a cozy wing chair and a sofa that can be converted into a full-fledged bed for two adults. There is Wi-Fi, satellite TV and Bluetooth radio. Two steps lead into the separate bedroom with double bed (2 m × 2 m) and large wardrobe. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, towel dryer and hairdryer. Parking spaces for bicycles in a closed hall (with electricity connection) and a car parking space are available free of charge. A small public children's playground is on the opposite side of the street. Our region is a hiking and cycling paradise. Numerous marked hiking trails (including "EifelSchleifen" and "EifelSpuren"), the connection to the premium hiking trail "Eifelsteig", designated (mountain) bike routes (e.g. Eifel bike loops) and the "Vennbahn bike path" (between Aachen and St. Vith in Belgium) offer optimal opportunities for hiking and cycling. The popular themed trails "Sonnenglück" and "Auf den Spuren der Raubritter" lead directly past the house. In winter, snow enthusiasts will also get their money's worth at the White Stone (Hellenthal-Udenbreth).
