The apartment is in the center of Coazze, and there are bars, restaurants, and small grocery stores in the surrounding area. The Avigliana Lakes and the Sacra di San Michele are easily accessible by car. The area lends itself to fantastic mountain hikes and relaxation in public picnic areas with an adjacent bathing stream. In the house you will find all the comforts as at home: full kitchen, bathroom with shower, double bed and living room with TV overlooking a stream. The space The accommodation consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, fridge with freezer, double induction hob, microwave/grill, coffee machine, popcorn machine, washing machine, TV and completed by a dining table for two. The double bedroom has a three-door wardrobe and an open wardrobe. The bathroom is complete with a shower. The living room has a TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick where you can connect your accounts for the various platforms. A dehumidifier is also available if needed. Guest access The accommodation is on the ground floor and is barrier-free except for the bathroom, which has a small step. Other things to note Public parking on Via Matteotti and a small square used for parking a few meters from the house. Nearby you can do climbing, artificial caving and the possibility to participate in days in the gym for both weights and wrestling, all with a certified instructor.
