The space Located on the Lustica Peninsula, between Kotor and Tivat, this property is an authentic palace from Krtoli, dating back to 1882. Just 1 km from Lustica Bay, in the coastal town of Radovici and right next to Lustica Central, the property is surrounded by the Boka Kotorska Bay, numerous beaches on the open sea, Tivat, Porto Montenegro, Kotor, and many other fine places, hiking and cycling paths. This traditional stone house is part of an ambient environment, boasting a unique traditional look. The Sv.Luka church dating from 7th century is only 3km away. The outdoor swimming pool can be heated in colder months and can be used from 15.05- 15.10. Pool heating is possible at extra cost of 50 EUR per day. There is an outdoor barbecue and dining area. The yard is beautifully decorated with a Mediterranean garden featuring figs, kumquats, lemons, rosemary, and wonderfully scented jasmine and bougainvillea. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with free WiFi, smart TVs with IPTV channels, and a Netflix app (accessible with your own account). The property is easily accessible by car. It has especially quiet and relaxing surrounding, yet close to most nice places of Montenegro sea shore you might want to visit. Our guests love the villa and its' spaciousness and location. You visit local sights, hike or cycle, relax by the pool or simply create unforgettable moments around the barbecue and outdoor dining area. Guest access Guests can use the whole house and enjoy relaxing in the garden, barbecuing and dining in the yard, chilling by the pool or in the living rooms and by the fireplace. Particularly quiet and pleasant location for real relaxation and enjoyment. Other things to note There is one parking space in the house yard and another parking space right outside the house. More parking spaces are available in the nearby area, no reservation possible. The pool can be used from 15.05-15.10. Pool heating at extra cost of 50 EUR per day.
