Happy Studio in Newcastle The space This Happy Studio is located in the inner suburb of Newcastle, you are only 5 mins from shops, Mater Hospital, 15 mins from beaches and 45 mins from award winning wineries in the Hunter Valley. This studio is fully furnished and has all the modern conveniences and all you need to fully enjoy your stay. The studio has kitchenette with everything for you to prepare the meals, full bathroom, queen bed, sofa bed ( can be turned into double bed) and smart TV. - TV with free WiFi and Netflix. - Modern bathroom with shower. - Fully equipped kitchenette if you want to cook your own meal. - Air-conditioner and fan. There is no garage, however, there is ample on street parking for guests to park. Other things to Note The ‘studio’ is separated from the main house and has its own entrance. Please let me know know if you wish to use the sofa bed for the linen. No pets and No smoking sorry! Guest access Guests have full use of the studio and access with safe key box.
