For holidays or for work, cozy studio for up to 2 adults + 1 person over 14 years old, in an exceptional setting surrounded by nature in the heart of the Gorges de la Loire near Puy en Velay and Lyon. Equipped kitchen, bathroom, 1 double bed, 1 single sofa bed, TV, desk, Wi-Fi (fiber), outdoor terrace. Large wooded park with direct access to the private pontoon, swimming pool, provision of two paddleboards and a kayak. A Jacuzzi available from 05/15 to 09/15 with 1 free session for 4 nights! Swimming pool access shared with the owners provision of 2 paddles and a 3-seater kayak 2 swings in the shade of the trees 1 hammock A private mooring pontoon on the lake for a 5 to 7 meter boat. The dam's waterbody is navigable from 06/15 to 09/15. We have 2 terraces, one for guests, adjoining their studio and another for our use that we want to keep private, this one is adjoining the pool. The pool alone is shared, which does not allow you to supervise your child unless you are in the water with them. For infants we do not have material equipment, the accommodation is not suitable.
