Vacation in the heart of the Ahr Valley, where the Pinot Noir is at home. The 80 m², light-flooded apartment is located on the 2nd floor, in the middle of the wine village of Dernau. From here you can go hiking and visit wineries for tastings. The space Look forward to: _ Two cozy bedrooms: The large bedroom has a 200 x 200 cm double bed. The small bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. _ A light-flooded living & dining area with a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. _ If necessary, two people can stay overnight in the separate living-dining area on a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed. _The bathroom has a large vanity with two double sinks as well as a walk-in, spacious rain shower. More details: The two bedrooms can be darkened by electric shutters. Towels are available for the duration of the stay and the beds are covered with bed linens. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Free parking is available on the opposite side of the street from the apartment. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor. The external staircase leads to the entrance of your apartment. You share the courtyard on the first floor with two other rental units from the first floor. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard, as well as on the balcony.
