„The Cube“ - Vacation home DHH

This semi-detached house impresses with the latest amenities. Built in 2013, this vacation home leaves nothing to be desired. About 20 km from Heidelberg, the city of Eberbach offers a quiet location right on the Neckar. Located on Burgenstrasse, there are numerous castles to visit in the area. It is also close to Heidelberg Castle. (25 minutes by car) The foothills of the Odenwald invite you to stroll and hike. Various supermarkets are within a 7-minute walk. The space Large living/dining area, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. 2 spacious bathrooms, washing machine and dryer are available. 1 large bedroom with water bed and a small bedroom with double bed can accommodate 4 guests. On the balcony, terrace or in the garden you can enjoy relaxing evenings. A gas grill is available. 2 private parking spaces are right by the house. Guest access The entire living/dining area with guest bathroom, as well as 2 rooms + bathroom on the upper floor are available to my booking guests. There is also access to the garden/terrace and balcony. The study, technical rooms and the garage remain locked.
