Relax with friends and family in an original 1960s beach cottage. Sunset Beach House is a waterfront home which has been freshly refurbished with designer furniture and luxurious bedding. Being an original home, the house has quirks which add charm and lovely details such as original timber floors and tiles. With the beach in your front yard, you will never want to leave. The home is a 5 minute walk to Soldiers Point Marina with its restaurants and cafes. The space The home sleeps 7 people and has 3 bedrooms ( one king, one queen and one double/single bunk). There is one bathroom with a shower, toilet and bathtub in the home and another toilet is located just outside the house. The living area and dining area are open plan. There is a sunroom facing the water with extra lounge seating for relaxing and a balcony with a dining setting to enjoy meals by the sea. The home is on one level with direct access to the beach. Guest access Guests can access the whole home except for the garage. There is an undercover carport that can be used by guests. Other things to note Important Note: This property will not accept school parties or group bookings of any sort and has a strict no party policy. All guests may be contacted after booking to discuss the intention of your stay. Any noise complaints from neighbours during your stay will result in eviction from the premises, and no refund of monies paid.
