The Barn at Pheasant Ridge is a perfect family getaway or quiet retreat for two. This completely renovated, open floor plan consisting of 1,200 square feet, charming cottage provides a large living and sleeping area, children's bedroom and great amenities. The Barn sleeps five with 2 Queen Beds, Twin Sofa, and Double Futon. The Barn is centrally air conditioned and heated. The space We are located on 3.5 acres close to the Bucknell golf course. Complimentary WiFi and Roku device provide access to the outside world and your entertainment. Or listen to classical music, read a book, or play traditional board games from our library. Well behaved dogs are welcome upon requests. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ON PREMISES. THERE IS NO HANDICAPPED ACCESS AT THIS TIME. Step outside into a tranquility of three acres of private lawn where you can sit back on outdoor chaise lounges and simply relax. Guest access Visit Historic Downtown Lewisburg and their distinctive shops and restaurants. Ride the newly established Buffalo Valley Rail trail from Lewisburg to Mifflinburg and back. For the more adventurous, travel to the Pine Creek Valley, approximately one hour to the northwest and enjoy the beautiful Pine Creek Valley Rail Trail. There are several places nearby to kayak and canoe, those being the Susquehanna River and Penns Creek in Lewisburg and Pine Creek near Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania. Conveniently located just one mile from Bucknell University and downtown Lewisburg, 3o minutes from Williamsport and the Little League World Series, just over an hour to Penn State University, and about an hour to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. We are only 35 minutes from Knoebels Grove, a great family amusement park! Other things to note We are dog friendly but have had some bad experiences with guests and their dogs unfortunately. We have had many guests and their furry friends come and stay with us with no issues. We would still be open to hosting guests with dogs but would like to discuss prior to accepting the reservation.
