Everything has been designed to offer space, comfort and relaxation with complete autonomy. The space The house was fully renovated in 2019 and divided into two completely independent apartments. You will enjoy a private, autonomous, and exclusive space, with direct access to the garden and all the amenities designed for your comfort. From the moment you arrive, you’ll discover a 200 m² home dedicated to relaxation, wellness, and reading, creating the perfect atmosphere for rest and recharge. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom and private toilet, ensuring complete privacy for all guests. One of the bedrooms includes a large panoramic skylight that floods the room with soft natural light. This skylight opens up into a balcony-style window overlooking the garden, allowing you to enjoy fresh air and a beautiful view without leaving your room. The adjoining bathroom and spacious walk-in closet add even more comfort, so you’ll feel at home from the very first moment. 🛋️ Bright and spacious living room The living room welcomes you with tasteful decor, cozy sofas, and a calming ambiance. Large bay windows fill the space with natural light and offer a peaceful view of the lush garden – the perfect spot to relax, read, or unwind after a day of exploring. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private garden and all outdoor relaxation areas. Check-in is fully autonomous, using a secure key box located at the entrance. You will receive the access code on the day of your arrival, along with clear instructions to make your check-in smooth and easy. You can park for free: Either in the private driveway (subject to availability) Or on the street, directly in front of the house The apartment is completely independent: you won’t share any spaces with other guests, ensuring a peaceful, private stay on your own schedule. Other things to note 💦 Jacuzzi use – important rules The jacuzzi is available for your relaxation and enjoyment, but its use comes with a few strict rules to ensure water quality and proper functioning of the system. Absolutely no products may be added to the water: ❌ no bubbles, bath foam, soap, essential oils, dish soap, or any other additives. These substances can damage the spa’s mechanism and disrupt the water’s pH balance. The floating water sensor must never be removed, as it is essential for automatic regulation. Please ensure the jacuzzi is properly closed after each use, to retain heat and maintain water hygiene. ⚠️ Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.
