Enjoy relaxation and tranquility in the beautiful setting of the Arenzano Pine Forest, a private area founded in the mid-1950s on a Mediterranean woodland area. The sea view, which characterizes the living area and the bedroom with adjacent bathroom and large wardrobes, embraces the entire Gulf of Genoa and is fully enjoyed from the large equipped terrace. There is also a small private garden and fenced back, overlooking the kitchen. The space Welcome to our refuge 🌟 The apartment, built in the 1970s by a Milanese architect, was completely renovated by our family in the summer of 2023 with the intention of having a corner of peace and tranquility in which to relax together with our 3 and 5-year-old children and build unforgettable memories. The materials were carefully chosen, respecting the spirit of the place and matching the surrounding colors. The furnishings are deliberately minimal and practical: we wanted spacious and light rooms, in harmony with the place. It has 1 double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. There is also a utility room next to the kitchen with an additional double sofa bed, for a total of 3 beds. Possibility of adding a camping bed for small guests under 3 years of age. There is a bathroom with a large shower. There is also a second shower (with hot water) on the terrace. There is a small laundry corner with a washing machine available (for an additional fee). The living room, which has a sofa and an armchair as well as an extendable wooden table that accommodates up to 6-8 people, enjoys a lot of light and a wonderful view thanks to the large window overlooking the terrace. The terrace, partially covered, is large and the view of the sea and the surrounding greenery is breathtaking. Sunny from morning to 1 p.m., it is equipped with a dining table and reclining ergonomic chairs to enjoy moments of relaxation outdoors. There is private parking reserved for guests, as well as the possibility of free parking on the street. The apartment is located in the Pineta di Arenzano, a residential complex with private access with a bar and guardhouse, tennis courts, golf, football, paddle, and swimming pool. The setting is very safe and quiet. In Pineta there is also a restaurant, a bar, a newsstand, a water house, a small supermarket, a gas station, an ATM and a large green area with children's games, as well as several dog areas. There are also: swimming pool, golf course, equestrian center, tennis courts. From the apartment, you can get to the village in several ways: - by car (1-3 minutes): Arenzano is one of the few Ligurian villages with a good presence of parking spaces, free and paid - on foot (15-25 minutes), through a walking path accessible via electronic card: residents in Pineta have access to private paths that wind through nature. Access is delimited by small doors that open with 1 magnetic card, which we will leave in the equipment. The route leads directly to the station and then to the town center through staircases and a flat stretch. Not suitable for those with mobility problems or those who have to push strollers, it is instead very enjoyable for everyone else as it is mostly shaded and sheltered from traffic. - on foot (25 minutes), through the main road that crosses the pine forest and reaches the village on the port side, passing in front of the golf club, swimming pool and square (with the bar, grocery store, restaurant) and the garden with playground. The route has a sidewalk, is safe and well frequented. - with the shuttle (Prontobus) reserved for residents of the Pineta: accessible with the magnetic card provided, it costs €1.50 per adult and allows you to reach the center of the village in a few minutes. To use it, call the number indicated and communicate the departure and arrival stop. The shuttle will arrive in a maximum of 15 minutes. Our stop is conveniently located in front of the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to all the rooms in the photos: double bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room and terrace. The children's room and the second adjacent bathroom will remain closed. The garden is currently being sown, so you can't walk on it yet. Other things to note No pets. No smoking.
