With proximity to everything, you will find this privately located, spacious and newly built cottage. All amenities are available such as a fully-equipped kitchen, generous social areas and a spacious patio for 6 people with a barbecue where the whole group can gather for a pleasant time. The cottage has its own driveway and a spacious parking space. The cottage is best suited for 4 people but it is possible to sleep 6 people in it. Warm welcome! The space Sleeping places are distributed as follows: Bedroom 1 - 160 cm bed Loft - 180 cm bed Living room - 140 cm sofa bed. Bedlinen and towels are not included. Pillows and duvets are provided for 6 people. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per person during your stay. Pets are not allowed Smoking/Vaping inside the house is not allowed. Other things to note Grocery store is about 200 meters from the cabin. Pizzeria, cafe and restaurant are about 300 meters from the cabin. The cottage is 35 m2 and is best suited for 4 people but it is possible to sleep 6 people in it. Cleaning is not included after stay. Guests clean up after themselves. The cottage should be in the same spotless condition as when arriving. The indicative checklist is in the check out instructions. In case of insufficient or lack of cleaning there is an extra charge of SEK 1,000. If you are unsure, please ask us. There is also the possibility to buy final cleaning from us for SEK 500, in that case, let us know when booking. Cleaning products are in place.
