Queen sized bed with foam/gel topper will give you a comfortable nights sleep. You will have your own recently updated private bathroom in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families. All guest rooms are spacious & the home has a unique and inviting layout. (If you wish to book for a large group please ask so that we can be sure to have the availability!) The space There is a unique lock/key for your bedroom, if you prefer added privacy. You are allowed to use the washer and dryer, but we ask that you please allow us to wash our linens as we like to keep them allergy friendly. Guest access Guests will have their private bedroom and private bathroom. Parking is the driveway deeper into the backyard. please don't block in other cars of other guests Entryway is a keypad with your own personal access code All rooms are private to other guests. Other things to note There is to be no smoking inside the home, and we are a shoes off household. Extra guests beyond what is booked is not allowed for safety reasons unless its been discussed with your hosts, additional fees paid, and approved prior to extra guests entering the home.
