The bathroom is external, but for the exclusive use of the room, just yours, without sharing with anyone! 😉 To top it off, there's a parking space in the garage, a safe and very quiet environment. Oh, and if you have a pet, you can bring it! 🐶🐱 Just let me know beforehand, okay? You are very welcome! The space 🏠 The room is part of a house with other independent spaces, each with its own entrance and privacy guaranteed. 🏡✨ Here you will find a safe, quiet and very well located environment, close to downtown, markets, pharmacies and everything you need on a daily basis. It's that simple place, but made with affection, for those who seek practicality, comfort and quiet, whether to rest, work or explore the city. 🌳☕ And best of all, the atmosphere here is always light, relaxed and welcoming. 💙 Guest access 🔑 Guests will have access to the bedroom, the outdoor bathroom (for exclusive use), the garage and also the balcony, which is a great place to relax and get some fresh air. Once the reservation is confirmed, I'll send you all the check-in details, key safe password, and everything you need to have a very easy, fast, and smooth check-in. 😉 Other things to note 📌 The house is very large and has other individualized spaces within the same address. Therefore, the garage and balcony are shared with other guests, always in a quiet and organized manner. 🚗☀️ People who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed in, okay?
