Double bed , bunk bed and private kitchenette in the private room. In the common areas there are also 2 WCs, 1st shower room, 1st kitchen for cooking. The space Double bed 140*200cm. Bunk bed 90*200cm (not suitable for altitude afraid or elderly, disabled persons). Dining area for 3 people. Private kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee and water cooker and of course various household items. Closet and storage. Guest access Private lockable spaces: A small hallway for outerwear and shoes. The living room has a double bed and also a bunk bed. Also, a kitchen table with 3 chairs. In the living room there is also a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and kitchen cabinet. Private coffee maker and kettle. (But please note that it is not possible or allowed to use the hotplates or oven in the room! If you need to cook, you can instead use the shared kitchen located downstairs.) There is also a closet with clothes rods and shelves. Common areas: On the same floor as the room there is a WC intended for room 1, 2 and 3. Downstairs there is an extra WC, and also a separate shower room, and a cooking kitchen with stove, oven and dishwasher. Other things to note We rent out 3 rooms to Airbnb guests in this property (except for 3 regular apartments). These three rooms share the common areas (2 WC, 1 shower room and a cooking kitchen). All guests are expected to set up and wash the dishes after using the common areas! There are some free parkings on the property (marked with parking sign). These can be used if free. If they are occupied by other guests, then one can park on the street. Then see information about parking fees on the information boards on the street. It's free on nights and weekends. Cheap fees during daytime. As for the other two rooms, you can sleep up to 4 people per room there. This means that you could basically rent all three rooms and fit a full football team! Room 1: 1-3 persons, room 2: 1-4 persons, room 3: 1-4 persons. Or if you are more couples or families who want some privacy, but at the same time want to live close to each other, these rooms can be a good option.
