Casa Iris is located in the Tuscan countryside, about 10 kilometers from San Gimignano and a few minutes from the supermarkets and various services in Poggibonsi. Our House is a great starting point for discovering all the beauty of Tuscany, but it is also an ideal place for those who love to take a break from the hectic city life. At Casa Iris, you can book a dinner with a private chef, directly on site, to enjoy a Tuscan dinner in complete tranquility. Write to us for information! The space The outdoor area Casa Iris offers its guests an outdoor area equipped with every comfort; a pleasant hot tub with sun loungers and an umbrella, to enjoy the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, a sheltered area to enjoy your lunches and dinners outdoors and finally a private parking lot. A barbecue is also at your disposal. The hot tub is always available, and it is possible, upon request, to heat it. The cost of this service is 15 euros for the entire duration of your stay. The indoor space The house consists of an open-space kitchen overlooking the living room with a French sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 guests, a 55" TV and air conditioning. Casa Iris has 1 double bedroom equipped with a 32" TV and air conditioning. For those traveling with infants and young children, upon request (at the time of booking) you can request a high chair, next2me crib or a travel crib. The house has a bathroom with a shower, equipped with a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash. Inside our house you will also find a laundry area with washing machine and iron. Casa Iris provides its guests with bed linen and towels; for each guest you will find a face towel, bidet, shower and a towel for the hot tub. Our guests can take advantage of the Wi-Fi service in every area of the house. You need to use or rent a car to get to us. Other things to note Check-in: - On arrival, the tourist tax, which amounts to €2.00 per person per day, must be paid in cash. The tax must be paid by people over the age of 12. -According to Italian law, we are required to communicate your data to the competent authorities, for this reason we will ask you to show us your documents, of all guests, even infants and children. - Late check-in (after 8:00 p.m.) will incur a surcharge of €20. - Heating the hot tub will incur a 15 euro surcharge for the entire duration of your stay.
