The space Baksaei ("bahk-sigh") means bird in Khmer, and you will hear plenty of birdsong around our stunning 3,000 square metre property.​​​ Set out over a large ricefield, our Pool Villa sleeps up to four people, offering two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the balcony for sunset while enjoying the birdsong and beautiful setting.​​​​ The Host is based onsite and can help with activities and transport. Our unique property occupies a secluded, private location with stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding farmlands and Domrei Mountains. Our private 3,000-sqm farmstay changes with the seasons, offering an ever-evolving landscape as rice and corn fields grow, harvest, and renew throughout the year. Whether you visit in "dry season" or "green season", the views are always stunning at Baksaei Retreat. Just minutes to the friendly area known as "International Village", we offer everything you need for slow-travel and digital nomads. Other things to note Please note, in case of any allergies - we do have pets at our property. Our dog Pancho is very playful and friendly once he knows you, and our cat Lazy really doesn't do much :)
