Herbu Korczak 4 - studio next to Medicover/Paley

I cordially invite you to my beautiful open space Studio, which is located in Miasteczko Wilanów, only few meters from Medicover Hospital and European Paley Institute. There are many restaurants with delicious dishes, cafes with delicious coffee and biscuits and a large playground for children, in the immediate area. Apartment is located in a new building and some apartments are undergoing finishing works, which may cause noise. The space Modern Studio is located on the first floor, in a new building with an elevator. Studio is an open space - in which there is a seating area with a comfortable sofa, where you will certainly enjoy watching your favorite movie or reading your favorite book. Next to it there is a separate living area with a double bed (140x200). There is also a table for 4 people with modern chairs. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment and accessories to prepare a delicious meal for yourself and your loved ones. Beautiful bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Additionally, for your convenience, Studio has been equipped with wardrobes. Guest access Apartment is located on the 1st floor, in a building with an elevator. I provide a space in the underground garage, which is included in the price. The price also includes a set of bed linen and towels for each guest. There is free WIFI internet access throughout the apartment. The apartment is exclusively at your disposal. I issue invoices. Other things to note Apartment is located in a new building and some apartments are undergoing finishing works, which may cause noise. Please take care and behave in my Apartment as if it was your place and remember these few rules. - Loud behavior or music is not allowed between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please honor my neighbors. - Not allowed any kind of parties, meetings, occasional events - No smoking - No pets allowed Check in time is from 4 PM, check out until 10 am-I will try to adapt to Your needs as possible. You don't have to go anywhere for the keys, I will be waiting for you in the Apartment. It is possible to arrange passing the keys during the night, however, there could be an extra charge of 60 pln. Please keep the keys. In the event of their loss, the cost of replacement of the lock I will have to charge the Guest. Please inform me about exact time of Your arrival at least one day before so that I could welcome You and give any directions.
