Independent studio with all the comforts in an idyllic setting, rated 3 stars by the tourist office 🌟🌟🌟 Let yourself go to the southern rhythm... feet in the water, petanque balls in hand. The setting will seduce you, change of scenery assured thanks to the Mediterranean-type plantations. The big +: - the pool - petanque court - food available on request (breakfast, picnic to bring, snack and dinner) The space Studio with a corner: - kitchen with all the necessary equipment for cooking (KRUPS DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker, filter coffee maker (coffee not provided), kettle, combined microwave, toaster, etc.) - living room (sofa bed) - night with a bed for 2 people (160 x 200 cm) and flat screen (NETFLIX and CANAL + access) Independent bathroom room with WC and shower. All amenities are brand new. For your convenience, - the studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning - Bed and bath linen is provided - cooking and maintenance essentials are provided - hygiene products are provided (body wash and shampoo) - a few pods and tea bags are provided In addition to the studio, - you will have at your disposal a nice private terrace with garden furniture, directly overlooking the pool (8 x 4 m) - you will have access to a hut to share moments of conviviality with your hosts (board games available, darts, badminton) as well as a pétanque court. - possibility of having baby equipment (toys, umbrella bed with mattress (bed linen not included)) - WEBER charcoal barbeque ( not provided) - parking on the property Other things to note For the summer period (July/August), book a minimum of 5 nights. A discount will be applied to stays longer than a week. You can eat 100% homemade food on reservation (breakfast, picnic to take away for the days of wandering, snack, dinner) A Christmas menu will be offered during the Christmas period😊.
