Thanks. - Change of Booking Dates: If you would like to make changes to your booking date, please note that we do not allow any changes to reservations within 20 days of your check-in date. - Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your booking, please follow the cancellation policy. - Second Key Request: During your stay, you will receive one complete set of keys. If you would like to request a second set, we will provide it if available, subject to a $200 deposit. - NO Front Desk Service: Please ensure that you carry your keys with you when leaving the apartment. As we don't have Front Desk Service in the building, any Call-out service to Deliver Key may incur a Fee of up to $100+. - KEY PICK UP: Due to security precautions, the Downtown gate remains closed. You may follow the crowd to enter or exit the gate. If the wait time is too long, you can request assistance from the front desk to open the gate for you.
