Welcome to Casa Vinea - your luxury forest haven! Once a vineyard and a wine basement, this beautiful, forest house nestled in a quiet area, only 4 km from Karlovac’s city center has been renovated to accommodate four adults and two children. The house offers a variety of amenities and everything you need to enjoy your stay and relax to the fullest - it’s perfect for couples, families and parties with loved ones! The surrounding area offers a number of amenities and beautiful locations. The space During their stay, the guests have access to a jacuzzi with an outdoor solar shower and a pavilion with outdoor seating that looks over a beautiful view of the forest and the Vinica hill. The stay also includes the use of a brick grill and rotisserie, with utensils for BBQ, and a handmade dining table with benches made of solid wood. The grill and outdoor dining area is covered. There is also a covered, private, free parking lot for your vehicle on the property. The house itself in its spacious 120 square meters has two floors that are fully equipped for a luxurious vacation; On the ground floor of the house there is a new, fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, a spacious dining room with a fireplace and a toilet. On the first floor, there is a large living room with a luxurious sofa bed and a TV, as well as a work area with a desk and a chair. On the opposite side of the floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with an enchanting view of the aforementioned hill Vinica, and above the bedroom there is a gallery with a sleeping mattress, which is an especially fun experience for children. Between the living room and the bedroom there is a bathroom with a shower cabin. In the kitchen there is a cooking hob, an oven, a sink, a washing machine, a kettle, a coffee maker and all the dishes and utensils needed for cooking and baking, including tea towels. The dining room is equipped with a table and chairs for 8 people and all utensils - cutlery, plates, glasses and wine glasses. The bedroom has a luxurious double bed for two, on the gallery there is a mattress suitable for two children, and the living room is equipped with a corner sofa that can be folded out into a comfortable bed for two. All beds have bed linen. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom and a dresser in the living room for storing clothes, and the bathroom is fully equipped with towels and hygiene products. The house is equipped with an air conditioner that has the option of cooling and heating the space. There are radiators in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, and an additional source of heat is the furnace located in the dining room on the ground floor. During your stay, you can connect to the WiFi network. Other things to note ***Use of the jacuzzi is optional during the winter months. A 50€ fee per stay applies if used, payable on site upon arrival.***
