A little note, Bed covers and towels must be brought or can be booked with our caretaker for €15 including towels per person. Sleeping without a duvet cover is prohibited. However, if you sleep without a duvet cover, we are forced to charge you for cleaning blankets, pillows and mattress covers. - High chair + travel cot is available For the necessary entertainment in bad weather, board games and coloring books are at your disposal. Next to the cottage there is a small garden shed where guests can find garden furniture and a barbecue for free use. Other things to note Please note that bed linens and towels, as well as dish towels, are not included and must be brought or rented for a fee of €15.00 per person. Important notes: Notes on sauna & hot tub The use of the sauna & hot tub is not included in the price, but can be booked for a one-time fee of €150 for the entire stay. The fee includes the use as well as the complete final cleaning and disinfection of the sauna & hot tub after your departure - for maximum hygiene and comfort. Extra charges: - Tourist tax (€1.00 per person /per night) - Electricity (€0.55/kWh) - Water (without hot tub): €3.00 per day - Water (with hot tub) €8.00 per m3 - Sauna and hot tub €150.00 per stay Note on security deposit & claims settlement In the event of damage or exceptional contamination, we reserve the right to claim reasonable compensation through the Airbnb platform. The specified security deposit serves exclusively as an indication of a possible security deposit and does not constitute a limitation for claims for damages claims. All claims are made in accordance with Airbnb policy and based on verifiable evidence (e.g. photos, invoices).
