The house is located in a strategic position, in the renowned ISOLA district, with the possibility of reaching the Duomo in a few minutes. Located inside an elegant condominium in typical Milanese style, this house guarantees silence and privacy despite its privileged and central position. The space You will be able to enter the property independently thanks to a simple self check-in system. You will receive instructions after booking. Completely renovated and finely furnished, the property is equipped with an armored door and is characterized by high white ceilings which give space to all the rooms of the house. At its entrance there is a comfortable living area where there is a dining table with designer chairs and a comfortable sofa which can become a bed if necessary, in front of it a 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, etc.. The presence of the window enriches the spaces by illuminating the room and making the environment bright, fresh and welcoming. The kitchen is new and is made with neutral colors that match perfectly with the wood-colored floor; the latter is equipped with an induction hob as well as every other comfort you could wish for such as: kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, glasses, stemware, etc. in order to satisfy your every need. Continuing from the living area via a wonderful designer staircase you reach the MASTER SUITE equipped with a large double bed framed by a sloping wooden ceiling and a private window that create a unique atmosphere. Finally, the house is equipped with a bathroom with sink and complete bathroom fixtures, and is characterized by the presence of a large shower with glass entrance, as well as a wall unit useful for storing hairdryers, brushes and all your personal effects. For free you will find a 100% Made in Italy courtesy set consisting of shampoo and soap for face and hands. It is a wonderful railing house located on the 4th floor and is easily accessible thanks to the modern design lift that can only be used with the appropriate key which guarantees extreme safety.
