Villa Marta

Our house is located in the small town of Čista Mala, close to Vodice and Šibenik, yet far enough from the crowds. The distance from the highway is only 1km. Within 10 km there is a lot of interesting content such as Krka National Park, Kornati National Park. The space Villa Marta is a modern house, completely renovated and adapted for relaxing moments. It consists of 4 large bedrooms, with spacious beds measuring 180×200, and with air conditioners and a TV that has a variety of domestic and foreign programs. 2 large bathrooms, 1 toilet on the ground floor Large modern kitchen, which has everything you need for every day. Living room with air conditioning, large TV. Dalmatian tavern that is all in stone, suitable for romantic dinners with an indoor fireplace. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool measuring: 8x4 with automatic heating. As well as 8 sun loungers, shower, large barbecue. Parking is available for 3 Cars. Internet and air conditioning are available throughout the Villa. Guest access Guests will have the entire property to themselves during their stay in our house, which means they have 100% privacy and use all the amenities for themselves. Except for a member of my family who will occasionally come to clean the pool in the early morning hours while the guests are sleeping, in agreement with the guests. Other things to note There is a store nearby where you can buy fresh food, vegetables, fruits as well as the groceries you need. There is also a bakery where you can buy bread. We can help you get homemade cheese, extra virgin olive oil, homemade wine and organic fruits and vegetables from the village, as well as homemade honey.
