Villa Arturo

Saba is old Bali village with nice black sand beach. Living in Saba gives you sensation of old Bali which is still natural, not too crowded and green. Villa Arturo has a modern minimalist design provides you with hommy feeling, suitables for family time. 4 Bedrooms with 4 badrooms are suitable for 8 Persons and 2 kids. Swimmingpool can be used privately. Living room and kitchen are included as rent objects. The space All areas located in the first floor is included in the rent objects including 4bedrooms, private swimmingpool, kitchen and living room. But 1 room in front of the main door (with Tick woods windows) is not includes. This is separate rent object. Please do not used this area. Living room is equiped with partybox JBL Karaoke with 2 microphones, CV/DVD player. But however, during the usage of this JBL you should close all the doors and please do not play this party box loudly, so that we do not disturbe others. This JBL only allowed to be used till 10.00pm. Massage Chair in the living room can be used (15min/session) with care and caustion. Printer is also available and can be used. Swimmingpool with segment for children can be used privatly. You can enjoy an astonishing sunrise view on the rooftop of the Villa. Jalan Saba beach is quite big street and quite easy to reach even with big car. You can find more parking lots. Guest access 50m² living room and swimming pool with segment for children can be used at anytime. Other things to note when you plan a gathering event/party at Villa Arturo, there will be an extra charge for houskeeping, cleaning etc. The maximal guests for a party/gathering is 15 persons (including 8 persons who stay over night in Villa). No alcohol is allowed.
