Our house impresses with its great facilities and comfortable furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Every detail has been carefully chosen to make your stay unforgettable. Our house offers the ideal starting point for active vacationers and those seeking relaxation. The space There is a parking space for your vehicle directly in front of the house. The accommodation can accommodate up to 12 people and extends generously over 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, a cloakroom and a living room with access to the terrace and your own garden. A fully equipped kitchen is also available. Stairs take you to an open and friendly living area with kitchen and bar. The centerpiece of this room is the dining table, which can comfortably accommodate 12 people. On this floor there are three more bedrooms, a bathroom and access to the large terrace (with dining table and chairs // Terrace furniture is available from May to September, depending on weather conditions and temperature). A staircase separated by glass in the middle of the room leads to the attic. A cozy atmosphere awaits you there with an exposed wooden roof truss. On one side of the room is a large styling area, with two tables and lighted mirrors. In the center there is a comfortable couch with a television. On the other side of the room, separated by a floor-to-ceiling glass wall, there is a study with a desk. A special highlight is that part of the ground floor can be used as a separate unit. This unit offers a cloakroom, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet and a living room with a kitchen, a small dining area and a living room. Our general pool area with outdoorpool (10x5 m) offers a seating area and sun loungers for a relaxing time and to soak up the sun. The pool is open from May to the end of AUGUST (daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) - depending on the weather and outside temperature. The pool area is accessible to our entire house, in which there are 3 bookable accommodations, and is used jointly. In our accommodation you will find everything you need for your daily needs. All you need to bring with you is your personal items, cosmetics and food. Of course there is WiFi throughout the entire house. _______________________ To ensure better coexistence, we ask that you strictly adhere to the rest times (12 p.m. to 2 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Parties or events in our accommodation are not permitted. Guest access Dear Guests, during your booked stay, you have exclusive access to all the amenities of our apartment. Two make-up/styling tables with illuminated mirrors give you wonderful space to prepare for the day or evening. A terrace with a garden and a view of the countryside as well as a second large terrace are also part of your booked holiday home. If you wish to use them, we are happy to reserve a 4-hour laundry time slot for you and provide laundry detergent as well as a drying rack. There is a fee of 20 EUR for 4 hours of use. For the reservation of a travel cot and a high chair including bedding before your arrival, a flat fee of 30 EUR per stay will be charged. Please contact us in advance.
