The space Apartment located on the first floor of a building equipped with a lift. Inside you will find yourself in a classic atmosphere given by the furnishings and a very refined style, including antique furniture and the classic original Genoese floors. After the entrance you will find a large living area divided into a living room side with TV and sofa bed for two people and a dining area with table and chairs. A French window illuminates the room and provides access to the balcony of the house. The kitchen is separate from the living room, and equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: hob with stove, oven, fridge and freezer. kettle, kitchen utensils and crockery. There is also a second dining table, a toaster, a coffee maker and a washing machine, which can be used during your stay. There are two bedrooms: in the first bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe where you can store your personal belongings. In the second bedroom there is a single bed and a second wardrobe. Finally there is a bathroom complete with sanitary ware and bathtub. Bed linen and towels are provided by us for each stay based on the number of people booked, and are included in the price. There is Wi-Fi connection in the accommodation. There is no air conditioning, while the heating for the winter months is autonomous. You can park your car in the public car parks along the street. Pets are not allowed. For waste, public bins with separate collection are available. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces of the apartment which is rented entirely without rooms or areas shared with others. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work before booking our apartment, make sure you can use the AIRBNB booking receipt for your expenses POSSIBLE EXTRA COSTS: 1) Tourist tax: The municipality of Genoa applies a tourist tax of €3,00/day per person (up to 8 nights) which will be collected in cash upon arrival by the person in charge of check-in. Are exempt from the tax: - minors up to 14 years of age - people who stay in the city to undergo therapies in health facilities in the Genoese area and one companion per patient - people who assist patients hospitalized in health facilities in the municipal area, up to 2 companions per patient. 2) Additional persons to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm).
