The open plan kitchen, dining and living room opens with large French doors onto an expansive garden and ocean view. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances including a blender, toaster, kettle, gas stove and oven, fridge / freezer, inbuilt drinking water filter and separate drinking water tap and all the utensils required to cook and dine. Two Master bedrooms have quality bed linen, pillows and mattresses as well as plenty of storage space, full length mirrors, a luggage bench, a/c and ceiling fans. One bedroom has a direct ocean view, while the other has a garden view. The bathrooms are large and equipped with premium fittings, including Villeroy & Boch wall hanging toilets, a large vanity and mirror and rainfall shower. Hot and cold water is provided in all taps across the kitchen and bathrooms. Our team of four staff and an on-call driver are here to assist you with all and any requirement, with a full time property manager, house keeping, gardener and 24/7 security guards on site. relic also has high speed Fibre Optic WiFi, two parking spaces, a large wrap around veranda with outdoor furniture, sun beds and black out blinds across all doors and windows.
