Guests can meander through the town's streets, indulging in the offerings of independent shops and dining establishments, while also taking advantage of the excellent bus and train services to further explore the surrounding area. Approaching Ballygate Stable, guests are greeted by a short sloping pathway leading to a gate, beyond which lies a secluded walled garden and terrace, complete with a table and bench for al fresco relaxation. Stepping through the entrance door, visitors are welcomed into the inviting garden room, offering panoramic views of the river and furnished with comfortable chairs to fully appreciate the scenery. Continuing through to the spacious open-plan sitting room seamlessly integrated with a kitchen, dining area and Smart television, providing a cosy space for relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge with a small freezer compartment. For restful nights, a charming small bedroom awaits, featuring a comfortable 4'6” double bed and an en-suite shower room which houses the washing machine. Ballygate Stable invites guests to unwind and immerse themselves in the tranquility of the Waveney Valley, promising a memorable stay in the heart of Suffolk's picturesque countryside. Additional Information: One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no infants or children. Access note: The entrance is via a short sloping pathway, with three shallow steps, to a gate leading to the garden/terrace. There are six steps from the terrace to the garden. Whilst there is no parking by Ballygate Stable, there are parking spaces elsewhere along Ballygate or alternatively in a free public car park, 100 yards away accessed by steps.
