Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and its private balcony throughout their stay. Please note that the swimming pool operates seasonally. Its usual published operating period is from June through September, although exact opening dates may vary depending on weather conditions and the residential complex’s schedule. Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and the payment card used for the reservation at check-in. Guests under 18 may check in only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guest Registration In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival. Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Pets Pets are not allowed. Parties & Events Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Swimming Pool and Outdoor Facilities The swimming pool, garden, and outdoor facilities are shared with other residents and guests of the complex. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times. Guests must follow all posted pool and residential-complex regulations. The outdoor pool is normally closed between October 1 and May 31. Balcony Safety The apartment has a large elevated balcony. Children must be supervised closely and must not climb on the balcony furniture or railings. Special Requests Baby cots and extra beds are not available at this property. Other special requests should be submitted before arrival and are subject to availability and possible additional charges. We provide a starter supply of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher detergent. Once these items have been used, guests are responsible for purchasing anything else required for the remainder of their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
