The space This apartment is located in one of Siófok's popular resort areas, close to the shores of Lake Balaton. The nearby beaches are easily accessible on foot, eliminating the need for long car rides or parking issues. The shores of Lake Balaton are ideal for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports, and the view from the apartment makes your time here even more special. Siófok is known as the capital of Lake Balaton and offers plenty of recreational opportunities. In the city center, you'll find numerous restaurants, cafes, shops, and entertainment venues, allowing you to explore the local cuisine and nightlife effortlessly. Guest access The entire property is for rent, for your use and your friends (family) only! Other things to note Independent access is provided! Parking: Parking is possible on the nearby streets, but it is subject to a fee. Parking garages are also available a few minutes' walk away. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment; however, there is a designated smoking area outside the apartment. Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
