Welcome to our unique Joyful, Sunny And Zen blue apartment! A fully equipped studio, a few meters from the beach of Nei Flogites, suitable for groups, couples and families of 4 people. The apartment has a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea and Kissavos (neighboring mountain of Olympus). The space The apartment is 27m², located on the 1st floor of a two-storey apartment building (without elevator), with a separate entrance. It consists of 1 single space, with a separate kitchen and 1 bathroom. Bedroom Area The accommodation is cleverly designed to accommodate up to 4 people. It has an elevated double bed (200x140cm) and a sofa that becomes a double bed (190x140cm). It is possible to accommodate an infant in a crib-playpen (after consultation). For your personal belongings there are: a dresser, a cabinet, a single-leaf wardrobe with a full-length mirror and hangers and an entrance cabinet with a large mirror, so you can get ready for your outings. In the closets you will find a hairdryer, iron and extra blankets to cover yourself. The space is heated and cooled by air conditioning. It has a Smart Android TV with Netflix and Disney+. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, cutlery, cooking utensils, cookware, electric appliances such as a coffee maker, a coffee maker for filter coffee, an electric coffee pot and a microwave with grill, ceramic hobs, a hood and a fridge-freezer.
