Casa Alma is a private space located in one of the quietest neighborhoods in Santa Marta. The large pool located in the beautiful interior garden is a paradise. Here you will feel the tranquility of the Caribbean but with the great advantage of being inside the city and having everything you need at hand. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away by car. IMPORTANT: The reservation price varies according to the size of the group and the number of rooms is also enabled. Maximum capacity 20 guests. The space House of 600 square meters and six spacious and bright rooms distributed on two floors. 3 on the first floor and 3 on the second. Four of them overlook the pool and terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom. The fully-equipped kitchen is open and connects to the social area and the interior garden; an oasis with a large mango tree, a large swimming pool and a BBQ that works wonderfully, the perfect space to have fun and relax. In the kiosk there is a large outdoor dining room, ceiling fans, hammocks and sunbeds. Our high-speed internet works perfectly throughout the house, making remote work very efficient. IMPORTANT: The space is completely private, but the number of rooms is enabled based on the number of guests on the reservation and therefore the final rate paid. (This is to offer a rate that fits the group's size). If you want to enable more rooms, pay the additional fee. Booking for 1-2 guests = 1 main room enabled. Booking for 3-5 guests = 2 main rooms enabled. Reserve for 6-7 guests = 3 rooms enabled. Reserve 8 to 9 guests = 4 rooms enabled. Booking for 10 to 11 guests = 5 rooms enabled.
