AMAZING ROOM / ARTISTIC STA TERESA

This is a great opportunity to be in a beautiful and artistic environment, since Santa Teresa is known as the home for the artists in Rio. Very near to the best spots in the neighborhood (stores, restaurants and bars), only 5 minutes by taxi , or 15 min walk from Lapa or Gloria you will be staying at a quiet street, with a garden to relax. The house has wireless internet, cable TV in the living room, and you are free to use all kitchen gear (fridge, stove,microwave, pots & pans, utensils). The space It has a great ventilation, and I can offer two fans if you need it. I work with arts and culture, speak Portuguese, English, French and Spanish, and it will be my pleasure to help you with anything you may need (best places to go, itinerary…), just please notice that it's like your home and you are renting a room with no services included. Payment should be 100% in advance and no refunds.
