L'Eco Studio – Panoramic View

The Eco-Studio is a 27 m2 apartment located in a secure passive energy residence. Come and enjoy the tranquility of this studio and the panoramic view of Angoulême. Fully equipped, the Eco-Studio will be ideal for your trips. It consists of a double bed, sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, shower, toilet and dressing room. Free parking in front of the residence. Access from the train station in 15 minutes. Access to the city center in 5 minutes by bus and 15 minutes on foot. The space Living Room: It consists of a relaxation area with sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV as well as a dining area with a table and 2 chairs. The Wi-Fi is unlimited. A dedicated office area will allow you to telecommute. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker and kettle). Bedroom: The bedroom is equipped with a 140 x 200 cm bed, 1 bedside table, cushions and pillow. Linens and duvets are provided. A wardrobe will allow you to store your clothes, shoes and jackets for the entire stay. The Bathroom: It consists of a shower with shower column, toilet, vanity unit with mirror, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Others: The apartment has everything you need for cleaning (vacuum cleaner, mop, cleaning products, garbage bags) The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Wi-Fi is included and unlimited. Bed linen and towels are provided for the entire duration of the stay. A rental agreement must be signed electronically before your arrival. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment.
