Nestled in one of Paris' most charming neighborhoods, this beautifully designed 130m² apartment offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. It was featured as a filming location in the Netflix series Emily in Paris (season 5 episode 6), adding a unique touch to your Parisian stay. Step out onto the 40m² private rooftop terrace, where you can unwind and enjoy picturesque views. This tranquil setting provides the ultimate escape while being just moments away from the vibrant heart of Paris. The space This three-storey apartment is located on the second floor of a peaceful and charming small property, ideally situated in the 9th arrondissement of Paris. The area is a perfect mix of serenity and eclectic energy, with easy access to many of the capital's top attractions. You’ll be just a few minutes' walk from iconic landmarks such as the Moulin Rouge, Montmartre, the Sacré-Cœur, Galeries Lafayette and the Opéra Garnier. Additionally, the area is filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. Ideal for a party of four - couples, groups of friends, or families - the apartment features two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The layout includes a large living room with a home cinema on the first level, a cozy mezzanine on the second level, and a large private terrace on the third level, offering ample room for both socializing and relaxation. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Check-in is available from 2 p.m. onwards, but I can usually offer flexibility, and in any case you can drop off your luggage earlier if needed. Check-out is at noon, but I am happy to offer flexibility when possible. Check-in / check-out is made either in-person or with a secure key box. Other things to note This is my primary residence, available for rent when I am not in Paris. I kindly ask that you treat it with the same care as if it were your own. Although the space is tempting, parties are strictly prohibited. In accordance with French law, loud noise/music is prohibited after 10 p.m. Due to the multiple stairs, the apartment may not be suitable for babies or young children.
