The space The beautiful villa with stunning sea view in Cumbre del Sol residential area, Benitachell, has the spacious living room with dining area connected with the outdoor terrace, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and the private pool. The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood named Dalias at 2km walk from Cala Moraig and at 5km distance from Moraira with many bars, restaurants and even more beaches. All rooms have reversible air-conditioning making this a comfortable place to stay all year round. The house makes all necessary appliances available for guests, including pool beds and garden furniture for the outdoor experience. * Special Notice* Please be aware of the following for Villa Maravista: A renovation is undertaken at the villa next-door. Work takes place mostly inside and is not expected to cause any nuisance. Pictures are included to show the site. Be aware that this is an urbanization area. We cannot be responsible when owners of neighboring villas might undertake a small or large renovation project since those owners stand in their own right. We do not anticipate major works but will endeavor to update clients/potential clients of such events should they arise.
