Within walking distance, you will find many coffee shops, delicious street food , bars, temples and street art The space This is a gallery studio room with 74 sqm. We are providing: - King size bed (6 x 6 ft) - 2 pillows and towels - Full bathroom with toilet - Kitchenette area has fridge, microwave, small oven, dishes, bowls and basic cooking utensils. We will send you clear instruction once you booked our place Other things to note - This studio is located on 2nd floor of a nice café (Eggplant Smoothie & Juice Bar, a cozy place to have a refreshing smoothie and juice) with private door to the room - This is not a hotel but a private house. It has stairs, which make this accommodation not suitable for the elderly or people with mobility difficulties - Around the house, the neighbors are families and heritage businesses. It is necessary to make a normal life in the house without noise or trouble, no parties or similar - The location is in Chinatown which is one of the busiest neighborhoods in Bangkok so it will be lively during the day and quiet at night - No loud party after 10 pm as neighbors will complain - If the key card is lost, there is 1000 baht charge/card. Please kindly keep them safe - Smoking is prohibited and 5000 THB fine will be applied - No pets allowed - Monthly rental excluded electricity fee
