On the heights of the village of Camprieu, this beautiful mountain chalet, nestled in a green setting, welcomes you on a large enclosed and wooded lot. Looking for peace and great outdoors? In the heart of the Cévennes National Park, a 2-minute walk from Lac du Bonheur, and many remarkable natural sites, for an unforgettable nature stay and relaxation! The space The cottage is in the center of a well wooded lot of about 1000m2, fenced, with an entrance gate. The ground floor garage is not accessible for guests. Guests can park on the grounds inside the property, or outside at the roadside. You access the terrace via wooden stairs. The front door is located on the right and a small hallway leads you into the very bright living room, consisting of a dining area and living room with TV and sofa bed. Through a large bay window to access the terrace. On the same level you find a well-equipped kitchenette, a shower room with sink and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 bed and a 90 bed. The cottage sits on a vast wooded lot where you can let your children play in peace, and rest in a wooded corner of the garden. You will stay in the heart of the Cévennes National Park, a 2-minute walk from Lac du Bonheur (swimming, fishing, walking...), with many hiking or mountain biking trails accessible from the chalet. Local roads are also a cycling paradise. You can visit the abyss of Bramabiau, many caves and other remarkable natural sites, and enjoy the 360° view at the top of Mount Aigoual. Snow in winter, mushrooms in autumn, swimming in summer, nature and great scenery all year round with incredible color variations, 4 seasons for a successful holiday! Restaurants and shops 5 minutes away in the village. Guest access You can park on the property. The cottage is on a large enclosed and wooded lot. A small gate at the back of the terrain gives you access to a hiking trail. Other things to note Rental management is provided by the Aigoual concierge. Linens and towels are not provided. We can, if you wish, make it available to you at the rate of 8 euros per person for the bed linen and 4 euros per person for the toilet bed. Bath mats and dish towels are provided and you will find essentials in the accommodation to kick off your stay. Listing is non-smoking.
