The space The B&B, built in 2022, offers an environment of luxury and relaxation with new furnishings. The property is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, a cozy living room with sofas arranged around a fireplace, a smart TV, and a large antique table for meals prepared in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 3.60-meter steel counter, ideal for those who love to cook. The rooms, decorated in elegant neutral tones, are bright and spacious, each with a private bathroom, smart TV, air conditioner and panoramic windows. For fun, a games room offers a ping pong table, children's games and a foosball table, ensuring entertainment for all ages without disturbing those seeking privacy. Outside, a large garden with a swimming pool (10 x 5 meters, depth 1.40 meters) is surrounded by fruit trees and relaxation areas. The lawn invites you to walk barefoot, while the sun loungers and parasols offer spaces for sunbathing or reading. Guests can also enjoy a soccer field and an "Argentinian" barbecue for grilling.
