This house is nestled in the heart of the Cantalian countryside, 7kms from the center of Arpajon sur Cère near Aurillac. 30 mins from the Lioran resort, you can enjoy the ski slopes of the resort and the many hikes in summer. The first level of the cottage serves the dining room, the kitchen and the first living room equipped with a pellet stove and a connected tv. The back kitchen gives way to a laundry ( washing machine and dryer ) and a separate bathroom and toilet. In the extension of the living room, a second living room, equipped with a wood burning stove and a second TV, allows you to play or relax in peace. The kitchen gives access to the covered terrace to enjoy the spa and garden furniture. A staircase also allows you to reach the outdoor terrace for dining around the barbecue Upstairs we find the 3 bedrooms all equipped with Emma beds and one bathroom with toilet. 2 bedrooms accommodate a 160*200 bed with storage shelves and the third bedroom is equipped with 4 beds in 80*200 ( modular in 2 beds 160 *200 ) with storage boxes. A 2 seater sofa and desk are at your disposal on the upstairs landing. The garden of the house will be available to you Other things to note Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday during summer school holidays/ Booking from 2 nights period outside school holidays/ Booking from 3 nights during school holidays outside summer // possibility to request a baby kit ( crib, high chair, bathtub and stair gate) All household linen is provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) Use of the jacuzzi is charged extra: €200 per stay. No pets allowed. Electric vehicle charging is not allowed Cleaning option €150 - If you have chosen the cleaning option, please make sure not to leave the accommodation messy or in an exaggerated state of dirt. You have to wash and put away the dishes, cooking utensils, dining table, strip the beds, empty the garbage and bring your garbage and recyclables to the collection points. - If you have not chosen the cleaning option, the premises must be returned in the same condition as on arrival.
