The space We are two sisters, Claire and Marielle, who have undertaken the renovation of our grandparents' house with the help of our parents. This house is nestled in the heart of the Cantal countryside, 7 km from the center of Arpajon sur Cère near Aurillac. 30 minutes from the Lioran resort, you can enjoy the resort's ski slopes and many hikes in summer. The first level of the cottage serves the dining room, kitchen and the first living room equipped with a pellet stove and a connected TV. The back kitchen leaves room for a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and a separate bathroom and toilet. In the extension of the living room, a second living room, equipped with a wood stove and a second TV, allows you to play or relax in peace. The kitchen gives access to the covered terrace to enjoy the spa and garden furniture. A staircase also allows you to reach the outdoor terrace for your meals around the barbecue Upstairs we find the 3 bedrooms all equipped with Emma beds and a bathroom with toilet. 2 bedrooms accommodate a 160 x 200 bed with storage shelves and the third bedroom is equipped with 4 80 x 200 beds (modular in 2 160 x 200 beds) with storage boxes. A 2-seater sofa and a desk are at your disposal on the landing of the floor. The garden of the house will be at your disposal Other things to note Weekly booking from Saturday to Saturday during summer school holidays / Booking from 2 nights outside school holidays / Booking from 3 nights during school holidays outside summer // possibility to request a baby kit (baby bed, high chair, bathtub and stair barrier) All linens are provided (sheets, towels, kitchen towels) The use of the jacuzzi is charged extra: €200 per stay. No pets allowed.
