This mid-19th century house exudes a sweetness of life, essential for recharging your batteries, meeting with family and/or friends and breaking with your daily life. The space The Chez Arnaoutou gîte obtained 5 diamonds during the Qualité Confort Hébergement Tourmalet Pic du Midi certification from the Bagnères de Bigorre tourist office. Your accommodation at a glance! On the ground floor: - Dining room, kitchenette with wood stove and 1 TV - Lounge area with sofa and poufs, 1 TV, board games and books. - Separate toilet - Coat hooks and storage closet with cleaning supplies. On the 1st floor: - "Lac Bleu" bedroom with private bathroom and toilet (1 bed 160 x 200 and 2 beds 80 x 200 modular bed 160 x 200) - "Lac de Peyrelade" bedroom with private bathroom and toilet (1 bed 140 x 190) - "Lac d'Ourrec" bedroom with private bathroom and toilet (1 bed 140x190) On the 2nd floor under attics dressed in charming old wood: - "Le Montaigu" bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200) - "Pic du Midi" room (1 bed 140 x 190) - Bathroom, separate toilet. Each bedroom has a TV and WiFi. The beds will be made upon arrival and a towel kit will be available per person (1 hand towel, 1 bath towel and 1 bath sheet). Outside: - Closed courtyard with barbecue - Covered wooden terrace with a jacuzzi for 6 people overlooking the inner courtyard with lounge area -Open shed accommodating the washing machine and dryer and various storage (bicycles, strollers, skis, fishing rods,...) - Private back garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and a petanque court. - Private parking at the entrance to the property (about 50 m). Wood for a surcharge (1st fire offered), baby kit (baby bed, highchair, bathtub) available free of charge upon request.
