Relax in our brand new 2 bedroom Seaside Cottage with private access, located in quiet leafy street of North Curl Curl. The cottage is minutes away by car from our stunning North and South Curl Curl, Dee why, Freshwater and Manly beaches with ocean pools and beautiful coastal walking trails & hustle and bustle of bars, restaurants and shops. 900m from here are local coffee & takeaway shops,Mexican, newsagency with mixed groceries, butcher, bottle shops & more. Free parking is on the street. The space Feel comfortable with reverse cycle air conditioning (heating/cooling), ceiling fans in queen bedrooms with large build in wardrobes, and get a good night sleep in recently upgraded super comfy queen size "Koala" beds, with good quality pure cotton bedlinen. You can cook up the storm in fully equipped, spacious open plan kitchen with extendable dining table, the Nespresso machine and a powerful Breville blender. Everything has been thought of to create beautiful yet practical space. In the living room is a 55” Smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi for the guests to use, board games and books to read. We also provide beach towels, beach umbrella and a snorkelling gear for your convenience. The washing machine Bosch is a 2 in 1 washer/dryer. Outside on the terrace, which is accessible through the sliding door from living room, is a hardwood table and chairs to enjoy those morning coffees or evening downers under the stars. For guests longer stays who work remotely, we can set up in one bedroom a dedicated working space with a desk, monitor and chair on the request. The property is not suitable (allowed) and not equipped for children under 7 years. Guest access Private well lit concrete footpath leads through a wooden gate number 22A to front porch of Seaside Cottage. Entire cottage and outdoor terrace with hardwood table and chairs, accessible through the sliding door, are for use by the guests. Other things to note No children under 7. The Seaside Cottage is a split level with steps inside and outside and suited only for couples or couple with 1 or 2 children 7 years old or older.
