Free AIR CONDITIONING, WIFI, PRIVATE PARKING The space Recently renovated apartment located on the first floor of a two-story building NOT equipped with a lift. The accommodation opens onto a living room equipped with two sofas, one of which can be opened and can be used by two people as a bed, TV, dining table and a pellet stove which can be used at an extra cost of 5 euros per day. Separated from the living room, you will find the kitchen, modern and equipped with everything you need to prepare and consume meals during your stay: second dining table, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and freezer, coffee machine coffee and moka, kitchen utensils, crockery and washing machine, which can be used during your stay. There is a drying rack for laundry. A French window provides access to a long terrace that goes from the kitchen to the second bedroom from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the hills and the sea. Proceeding you will find the first and second bedrooms, both equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. In the house you will also find a folding cot and a high chair for younger children. Finally there is the bathroom, complete with sanitary ware and large shower. Bed linen and towels are rented from a specialized company and supplied by us for the number of people booked, included in the price. Pets are allowed but only dogs, no cats, with a surcharge. The heating is independent with radiators but on request it is also possible to use the pellet stove with a supplement of 5 euros per day. Free air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private parking (first parking on the right in front of the house). For rubbish there are free bins under the house. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the apartment, which is rented entirely, with no shared spaces. The building entrance and parking area are shared with other guests/tenants. We therefore ask that you respect the neighbors by limiting noise inside and outside the apartment after 10:00 PM and by parking your car in the designated spot, without using other parking spaces or obstructing other people's access. Other things to note ATTENTION: We CANNOT issue invoices or any type of tax receipt so if you are traveling for work, before booking our apartment, check that you can use the Airbnb booking receipt for your expenses. POSSIBILE EXTRA FEES: 1) Tourist tax In the period from March 1st to October 31st, the municipality of Sestri Levante applies a tourist tax of 2 euro at day per person (up to 10 nights) which will be collected separately. 2) Additional people to those declared: we usually ask 20 euros per night for each additional person. 3) CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT OUTSIDE TIMES are often granted, upon agreement and by paying an EXTRA COST OF MINIMUM €30 to the person who will take care of the check-in (entry time slot 6-8 pm or early check in before 3 pm).
