Large balcony with a view, equipped with sun loungers Guest access Upon your arrival, you will find a remote control to open the driveway gates and you can park the car in the marked place. We always recommend, where possible, to arrive with a car of a size that is not excessive in order to facilitate maneuverability especially when the parking lot is full. To reach the apartment you will walk about ninety steps interspersed with small straight lines; once you reach the building, you will go down three flights of stairs and you will find the house indicated by the plaque The blue Gem Other things to note - Direct access to the sea and the nearby beach via internal stairs Italian law for short stays requires: - Identity documents of all guests - Payment of tourist tax in the amount of 4 euros/night/person (children under 12 are exempt from payment).
